My name is Wendy Marquéz. I was born and raised in Northern AZ. I have 2 dogs named Lexie a chihuahua and Bella who is a yorkie and poodle mix. I have been working in the veterinary field for about three years and love it. My current hobbies are to play with my dogs and watch horror movies with my husband Luis.
I first worked in animal rescue and veterinary medicine when I lived in upstate NY, which is where I was born and raised. I volunteered there w/ Animal Care Council. I worked as a vet tech and it coincided well w/ my rescue activities. We did a lot of cat rescue and I took many of them home! I moved to Arizona in 2005 and fell in love with it. My husband and I currently have 3 domestic cats, and 3 dogs,(2 dachshunds and a terrier mix). I started working at Friendship Pet Hospital in November of this year.
